Project Steps

This design was etched in stages. The technique allows you to use a particular stencil image, like this baby chick border, multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously.
After preparing the glass, place the rooster stencil in the center of the canister. Center the baby chick border either above or below the rooster stencil. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the stencils onto the glass.
Place the baby chick border in the location, above or below, that is still empty. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the chick border onto the glass.
