Preparation and Usage Starting Skills

Project Steps

After preparing the glass, place the Happy Birthday across the widest part of the glass with the balloon stencil centered above it. Place the desired numbers into the balloon and press down firmly. Follow the etching cream directions to etch these onto the glass.
Add the embellishments as desired.
