Project Steps

1. Please note- due to the variety of coatings and composition in glass cooking and bakeware, etching cream may not be effective. If a test dot in an inconspicuous spot fails, etch the design with sand instead of cream.
2. After preparing the glass, draw a centerline down the back of the lid. See the centerline tutorial if necessary. Position the heart and V at the top of the lid on either side of the centerline. Add the L and E on either side.
3. Repeat the process of adding the stencils for Home on the other side of the lid, as shown. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch these onto the lid.
