Preparation and Usage Starting Skills
Project Steps
- After preparing the glass, choose an unblemished side for the design. Using a grid mat and a China pencil, draw a centerline down the back of the vase.
- Turn the vase so the centerline is down the back. Looking through the glass, stack the letter stencils centered along the line. Replace the O with the liberty bell stencil.
- Lay a star banner diagonally across the top and bottom of the vase. To etch both at the same time you will need 2 Patriotic stencil sheets. Otherwise, etch them one at a time.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the design onto the vase.
