Project Steps

1. After preparing the glass, position the corner rose stencils opposite each other on the glasses. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the roses onto the glasses.
• Please note: only true colored glass can be etched with cream. Glass colored with tinted coatings or paints should be etched with sand. Always test before starting a project.
• This design was etched in stages. The technique allows the use of a particular stencil image multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously. Additionally, it enables stencil images to be placed in closer proximity than the stencil borders would otherwise permit.
2. Place the Mrs. and Mr. opposite each other in the corner of the roses. Use the etching cream, as before, to etch these onto the glasses.
