If you need to return or exchange any item, please contact us at Sales@Etchworld.com or call us at 973-423-4002. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date of your order, unused and in original condition. Returns paid by check or money order will be issued a store credit, no cash refunds. Credit card and PayPal refunds are credited to the account from which it was charged, no exceptions. We reserve the right not to replace a damaged item if the value is less than the cost to ship it. A credit will be issued in the event this occurs. Any return for a refund that is not due to the error of Etchworld may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund return postage on returns unless it is our error AND pre-approved by us. Exchanges must be accompanied by a credit card or pre-arranged check payment for shipping charges. (We do not ship exchanges for free.) Please either enclose a copy of the original invoice or write on plain paper the invoice date, your name, address, customer ID number, email address and PHONE NUMBER where you can be reached by day.

OUR GUARANTEE:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in un-used condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice date for a prompt refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

SHIPPING DIRECTIONS:

Please ship all merchandise to the address printed on the top of our invoice. All returns should be insured with UPS or US MAIL. Please take special care to pack glass or delicate items exactly as they were shipped to you. If you send us a return and it is lost or broken in transit, the customer is responsible to trace it with the carrier you shipped it by. We recommend you pack the items well in an appropriate size package, insure it and ship with a tracking number. Returns that have been folded, bent, used, opened or altered in any way will not be refunded. Returns must be fit for resale unless otherwise approved by our staff. If you return an unacceptable item, there will be no refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Any items that are received damaged must be reported to our office IMMEDIATELY. You must retain the carton and all packaging materials until the parcel is inspected by the carrier. DO NOT mail damaged items back to our office unless you receive instructions from our customer service to do so.
